    ViTrox V510i 3D AOI Solution for Advanced Packaging
    V510i 3D AOI Solution revolutionizes Advanced Packaging inspection beyond its comprehensive range of inspection capabilities for SMT, including System in Package (SiP) in the back-end semiconductor manufacturing process. Our advanced optical system provides full- segment lighting that greatly contributes accurate inspection of components with reflective surfaces. Coupled with the latest 3D projector innovation, users can achieve high-clarity 3D images for accurate 3D inspection on challenging surfaces. Additionally, the V510i 3D AOI Solution excels in user friendliness with an intuitive interface and advanced technology for efficient inspection. Integrated with the pioneering Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) features in programming and defect classification, users can achieve automated programming and A.I. auto buy-off processes to reduce skilled manual labour requirements as well as reduce risks of human error, reduce false call rates, and escapees.

    ViTrox V810i Advanced 3D X-Ray Inspection (AXI) Solution – V810i 3D AXI S3 DL
    The latest V810i 3D AXI S3 DL speeds up the inspection process with its dual-lane capability, delivering an impressive up to 40% cycle time improvement. V810i 3D AXI’s extra-fine scanning methodology and the robust H-reconstruction technique provide sharper X-ray imaging, even when dealing with heavily shaded components and non-uniformly shaded components, shines in applications like High-Speed 5G Connector Inspection and shading BGA packages. Additionally, the V810i AXI A.I. inspection solution elevates inspection accuracy across the board, from challenging to common pads, even encompassing pads with intricate grayscales or distinct profiles and attributes.

    These AXI A.I. Inspection Solutions are:
    ● A.I. Programming: Ensure effortless programming to achieve no escapee and low false call results.

    ● A.I. Classification: It was developed for challenging inspection and further improved the inspection accuracy for both challenging and common pads. This includes pads consisting of multiple grayscale or unique profiles/characteristics.
    ● A.I. Auto Buyoff (A.I. Assisted VVTS): Automated buy-off feature supported by confident scoring, allowing it to differentiate between true and false defects from the system. This function has an impressive accuracy rate of up to 95% and offers comprehensive coverage of up to 80%, with false call rates below 15% and an escapee rate of less than 0.1%.
